| CRPF jawan killed in road accident | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, June 6: A CRPF Jawan was today killed in a road accident at nandni near Jhajhar kotli on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
Identified as Constable Kishore Singh of 137 Bn CRPF the deceased belonged to Himachal Pradesh. Singh was moving towards his camp after his routine duty along with one ASI and one another constable when a rashly driven car of i10 make hit him from behind leaving him in a pool of blood.
The injured Jawan was shifted to the nearest Narayan hospital where he was pronounced as brought dead by the doctors. Police has arrested Zakir son of Mohd Ramzan of Dool, Kishtwar-the driver of rashly driven car. A case in FIR number 49/2018 has been registered at police station Jhajhar Kotli under section 279 and 304 A of RPC. After postmortem body of the Jawan was handed over to concerning CRPF Commander for sending the same to his native place. |
