| Employees without transfer causing mess at Poonch | | | Rajesh Tandon

Poonch, June 6: Although government of Jammu and Kashmir has framed the transfer policy under which one employee can serve only two years at a single place but in border district Poonch many officials are found at same post and department for more than ten years, who have allegedly made the border district Poonch "the hub of corruption".
According to the sources, these officials are well known about the legal and illegal ways of works who are openly looting the unaware common masses by the name of fee and commission. Moreover they are acting like dictators to impose their way of working on the whole departments. Many of the officials are not regular at their duties due to many years of job at a same place.
Locals have appealed to chief minister Mehbooba Mufti to conduct a strong inquiry of the matter and transfer all over stayed employees present in various block, tehsil, sub division and district level offices of district Poonch and transfer them at an earliest. |
