6/25/2018 10:25:45 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, June 25: Shiv Sena Bala Sahib Thackeray today held a langer at Bari Brahmana, SIDCO Chowk under the instructions of State Party President Dimpy Kohli. The Langar was led by Raj Singh, State Secretary, Raju Salaria, Pawan Singh of Bari Brahmana Unit for Amarnath Yatris, pilgrims and other local people. Raj Singh appealed to Amarnath Yatra Shrine Board Chairman NN Vohra that all the Tolls and taxes at various places should be levied for the trucks that carry the food and others items for the langer as well as for the Amarnath Yatri Pilgrims. Just as Muslims are given subsidy during air tickets at Hajj Yatra likewise we should also be provided with a subsidy on Helicopter tickets as well as Railway Tickets.
We appeal the Governor to make proper safety arrangements for the pilgrims as well as local people. There should be no kind of harassment on the people who are travelled by their own conveyance from Lakhanpur to Baltal area and should be provided with proper security. There should be no kind of problem for the people who had not registered already and had to come at Jammu Haat for their registration should be provided easily and with proper care and no registration should be done in black. Also, the Shrine Board should provide langer facility to the pilgrims who visit Jammu Haat for their registration as it gets fully loaded with people.
