JAMMU, June 26: The Custodian, Jammu today constituted a team of officers/officials of Evacuee Property Department, Jammu headed by SDM Akhnoor, Deputy Custodian (HQ), Jammu and Tehsildar Akhnoor for taking action against some illegal constructions that have been raised at various places in Tehsil Akhnoor by some encroachers/illegal occupants.
The team has been constituted on the directions of Custodian General, Evacuee Property Department, Jammu.
The team demolished the illegal constructions including houses, shops and boundary walls on the spot in village Dhok Jagir (Sole) and Kane Jagir which were raised by the encroachers illegally and unauthorizedly on the Evacuee property land without prior permission of the concerned authorities. Besides, five illegally constructed shops were also sealed by the said team in village Dhok Jagir. |
