Jammu, June 26: To review the performance of 22 divisional offices falling under Northern Zone, a meeting was held by corporate management of New India Assurance Company Limited at Chandigarh. On this occasion, Srinagar divisional office was awarded second prize for quantum growth in business development and penetration of general insurance services in Kashmir province of Jammu and Kashmir state.
Despite prevailing disturbances, it is for the first time in the history of general insurance sector that Srinagar divisional office under the leadership of Dr. Daleep Pandita, Senior Divisional Manager achieved this milestone. Other In charges of Kashmir province representing their respective areas in this meeting included Mohd Shafi Bhat for Srinagar city, Manoj Wali for South Kashmir and Susheel Tickoo for north Kashmir.
Thanking its business partners, Dr. Pandita stated that the company shall strive more to spread awareness of insurance for percolating its benefits to rural masses of the state.
Company shall further encourage unemployed youth in particular, to strengthen its operations by joining its agency force. |
