Jammu, June 27: In a petition filed by Sandecp Gupta who is substantively holding the post of I/C Executive Engineer, GCD, Jammu Vide order no. 144-PDD of 2018 dated 13.6.18was illegally transferred and posted as Technical Officer to the Development Commissioner, J&K (Jammu / Srinagar), vacation Judge of J&K High Court Jammu Wing Justice Janak Raj Kotwal after hearing Advocates PC Sharma and Anchit Sharma appearing for the petitioner, issued notice to the respondents and ordered that subject to objections and till next date before the Bench, status quo shall be maintained.
During the course of hearing counsel for the petitioner submitted that transfer order no. 146-PDD of 2018 dated 14.6.18 is also contrary to the Order dated 15.5.18 issued by the J&K Govt, regarding complete ban on transfers and posting of employees of all categories. As such, the same is liable to be set-aside. |
