Poonch, July 5: It's really a proud moment for Poonch-Surankot region that son of soil Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmed got Post-Doctorate Fellowship from Prestigious Government Body ZSI. Dr. Abdul Rasheed Nadwi , a well known writer & Educationist from Doha, State of Qatar Congratulate to Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmed for his selection as Post-Doctoral Fellow in Zoological Survey of India By Government of India (Ministry of Environment). Born in a Hari Village of Tehsil Surankot, District Poonch, son of a farmer got his Primary Education from Government High School & moved to Govt. HSS (Boys) Poonch for Secondary. He Completed his B.Sc From Government Degree College Poonch & Moved to Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) for higher education. He completed his Master's in Zoology & got selected for PhD in AMU. After completed his M.Sc he got selected for Ph.D in AMU & Completed his Ph.D in 2017 from Section of Entomology, Department of Zoology AMU Aligarh. Under the Supervision of Prof. Mohammed Kamil Usmani with topic " Taxonomic Studies on Braconidae ( Hymenoptera:Insecta) from Jammu division of the State J&k of India". |
