All is not well in Loran: Reshi

Mandi, July 31: Jammu and Kashmir Insaaf Movement (JKIM) today held a public convention at Dak Banglow Loran to deliberate issues like shortage of water, misrule and indiscipline in the other developmental sectors due to which common masses of the hour are in depression.
The convention was held under the leadership of Javid Iqbal Reshi chairman of the movement whereas vice president Ab Rashid Shahpuri, Sec. Foji Mohd Rashid, Distt. Sec. Ajaz Katarya, block president Lasana Maroof Chouhan, block in charge Loran Wali Mohd Sheikh, Ghulam Mohd sec buopar mandal Loran, Haji Mohd Akram, Ibrahim Lone, Bashir Ahmed, Nazir Hussain, Ch. Ghulam Din, Bashir Ahmed Seth and many others were present. Ghulam Mohd was the stage sec on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion speakers highlighted the local public facing problems and appealed to JKIM leadership to put up these matters before concern district departments. Speakers accused RDD and Panchayati, forest department, revenue department, social welfare department and FCS & CA department for their misrule and indiscipline.
Locals said forest department is illegally harassing the common masses. Social welfare department was accused of not providing pension to the genuine beneficiaries.
They accused revenue department that concernef Patwari has rejected all deserving from BPL/PHH list whereas selected richer section in this list instead of taking rupees 1000/ration card.
RDD and Panchayati Raj department was alleged that, "all is not well in block Loran while BDO Loran has set his office at Mandi. Fixed percentage of commission has been collected from innocent common masses instead of departmental works. Top most leadership of JKIM assured public that they will raised these issues before the concern authorities for their redressal. Locals of the area thanked the JKIM leadership for conducting of this convention in this backward and politically neglected area.
