JKDCM stages protest, condemns burning of copies of Constitution
8/12/2018 10:49:21 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Aug 12: All J&K Dalit Chetna Manch (JKDCM) today staged protest demonstration against those, who burnt Indian constitution outside parliament.
According to press release, a protest was organized by All J&K Dalit Chetna Manch and All J&K SC/ST Retired Employees Forum at Bagh-e-Bahu Chowk Bahu Fort, Jammu against those anti-social and anti-nationals who have burnt the copies of Constitution of India at Jantar-Mantar Sansadh Marg New Delhi.
While speaking on this occasion, Sham Lal Basson said that these anti-nationals have full support of government of India. These anti-nationals have chanted slogans like Indian Constitution Muradabad, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Murdabad, Manubad Jindabad and Manusmriti Jindabad in presence of Delhi Police.
It is very astonishing that these anti-nationals have not been arrested yet. Sham Basson also said that the citizenship of these anti-nationals can be cancelled according to Indian Citizenship Act 1955. He said that people belonging to SC/ST/OBC and Minorities are being tortured.
The rape incidences have increased there is no fear to these anti-nationals because they are supported the BJP Government. It is pertinent to mention here that Prime Minister of India did not utter a single work in this regard. Even Delhi Govt. has also failed to take appropriate action against the culprits. No doubts the complaints have been lodged in Police Station Parliamentary Street by the Bhim Army and activists of Bahujan Samaj Party but no arrest has been made in this regard.
He cited the example of Chander Shekhar Ravan who has been jailed at Saharnpur Jail for none of his fault. None of his activity was anti-social or anti-national. He was put behind the bar according NSA. The discrimination against dalits can be gauged by this incidence, he said.
Another youth of Bhim Army named Sachin Walia brother of Kamal Walia - President Bhim Army District Saharnpur was gunned by Upper caste on the day of Maharana Pratap Singh Jyanti at Ramnagar area of Saharanpur for none of his fault. His only fault was that he belongs to Dalit Community.
