Budhal, Oct 13: All J&K Youth Federation today staged protest demonstration at Budhal, district Rajouri against the non-completion of Rajouri-Budhal highway for the last 10 years.
AJKYF leader Mohd Zaid Sagar expressed concern about the lack of proper road connectivity from Rajouri to Budhal and further urged upon the 110 RCC GRIEF Unit, Budhal to complete the Rajouri-Budhal Highway, sanctioned 10 years back.
Sagar further warned the GRIEF Unit, Budhal as well as the concern District and State Administrative Departments to consider the matter seriously as the poor road condition is leading to non-availability of sufficient public transport in the area and frequency of the road accidents is increasing day by day.
Prominent among those who joined the protest were Mohd. Yusuf, Member of Panchayt, Shah Nawaz Khaki, Executive Member AJKYF, Mohd. Bashir, Mohd. Haneif, Azi Din, Mohd. Maneif among others. |
