YCET organizes visit at RVS-IT Jammu

JAMMU, Oct 22: A visit was organised by Yognanda College of Engineering And Technology at RVS-IT Narwal Jammu for CSE,IT,BCA and MCA department On arrival at the Company, Sandeep Sharma, the IT Operations Manager of RVS IT welcomed our batch of 45 students. After that students were escorted to the seminar hall.
Parth Prabhakar, IT Team Manager first interacted with the students on some future general aspects and career planning, and the opportunities to get best jobs in the IT industry during the first session.In the next session, Nitesh Sethi, IT Manager interacted with the students on technical concepts related to Microsoft based cloud services, Monitoring technologies, Backup Disaster Recovery Programs and technologies used to manage 24×7 throughout the year.
Sandeep Sharma says, ''Visits such as these inspire students to work hard and fulfil their potential. It was particularly rewarding to hear how students were interested in what RVS IT does and how RVS IT can bring opportunities into Jammu. This exposure will definitely help the students to gain real time knowledge of what they have been learning theoretically or practically.The visit was organised by Khushbu Singh Training and placement officer YCET and students were accompanied by Asst Prof Mendi Samra YCET and Asst Prof Ankush Sharma IMS.
