Jammu, Oct 22: Inter Army Public School Basketball Tournament concluded today. 12 teams from six Army Public Schools, APS Akhnoor, APS Rakhmuthi, APS Nagrota, APS Dhar Road, APS Udhampur and APS Srinagar participated in the tournament held at MA Stadium Jammu. Tournament was inaugurated by Lt/Col JS Panwar, JS Dhamni (Principal Heritage Public School Jammu), TR Ramesh (Principal Banyan International School Jammu) & Sanjeev Kumar (Principal APS Udhampur). The chief guest was received by Principal KCS Mehta & Vice Principal Rakesh Chander. Chief Guest and other dignitaries interacted with all the teams wish them all the best and also advised them to show sportsmanship spirit during play. In girls category APS Udhampur got winners trophy and APS Akhnoor Runners up. In boys category APS Srinagar got winners trophy and APS Udhampur runners-up. Trophies and certificates of merit were presented by Principal APS Akhnoor. He complemented all the teams and coaches for their cooperation and sports spirit.
