JAMMU, Nov 2: Supreme Court Collegium headed by Chief Justice of India recommended transfer of Justice Rajesh Bindal, Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court to J&K High Court.
Justice Bindal is presently the Chairman of the Computer Committee, Arrears Committee and State Court Management Committee in the High Court.
He is the Chairman of a multi-member Committee constituted by Ministry of Women and Child Development to study Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Bill, 2016. He is also Chairman of the Committee constituted pursuant to Resolution No. 7 adopted in the Chief Justices Conference, 2016 for framing Draft Rules for Electronic Evidence. |
