Hizb terrorist arrested from Kishtwar outskirts

Jammu, Dec 9: Coming close on the heels of success by busting an ISI espionage racket yesterday, Kishtwar police today claim to have arrested a Hizb terrorist involved in recruiting the youths from outskirts of Kishtwar town Sunday.
As per the details available with Early Times, the arrested terrorist is wanted in case FIR No. 182/2018 U/S 120-B/121/121-A/RPC 7/27 I.A Act, 4/5 Exp Act 3/13/U(P)A Act at Police Station Kishtwar.
While divulging the details, SSP Kishtwar confirmed arrest of Reyaz Ahmed Wani son of Mohammad Ramzan Wani Resident of Sounder Dachhan.
He said that ever since, the case was registered on 1st July-2018 and two accused belonging to HM outfit were arrested, the case was withheld for want of the arrest of Touseef Gundana and Reyaz Ahmed who was finally arrested today while Touseef Gundana is already in Judical custody.
The arrest was effected by the Police party headed by SHO Kishtwar Sameer Jillani under the supervision of SSP Rajinder Gupta.
Pertinent to mention here that the said terrorist/ OGW was also involved in the case u/s 7/25 Arms Act, 3/5 EXP Act of P/S Parimpora, Srinagar reportedly there is likelihood of one more arrest in this case and subsequent recoveries The accused person according to police statement is hardcore motivator of youth who encourages them for joining militancy and terrorist activities and a close associate of HM terrioist Mohammad Amin @ Jhangir Saroori and another militant Reyaz Ahmed.
"The police has launched a man hunt to effect certain more arrests shortly", said SSP Rajinder Gupta.
Meanwhile, the sources said that the arrested militant is considered close to another militant Osama Javed who is said to be involved in the murder of Parihar brothers added the arrested militant will provide key details and information about him and his possible hideouts in Marwah and Dachhan area.
NIA is already in Kishtwar probing the killings of Parihar brothers and had recently even recovered two empty cartridges from the drains near the site where Ajeet Parihar and his brother Anil Parihar was gun down by the Militants.
