| YV Sharma hails victory of Congress party in three States | | | Jammu, Dec 12: Y V Sharma, Ex.-President Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jammu, President All India Professionals' Congress, J&K congratulated all the leaders and workers of Congress Party for their commitment and hard work which resulted in the victory of the Congress Party in the three states.
In a press note YV Sharma said that this victory is in fact a response of the common man towards the intolerant, vituperative, divisive and Communal attitude of the present dispensation at the centre which brought the political parlance to the lowest possible stage Sharma asserted that the defeat of the BJP started on the day when Modi expressed his intention of making the Indian Political Polity 'Congress Mukt' and 'Opposition Mukt'. In his arrogance Modi forgot that in a democratic set up opposition is a must and it keeps the democracy vibrant. Expressing his gratitude to congress President Rahul Gandhi who faced the authoritarian attitude of BJP and Company with a lot of patience, commitment and courage, Sharma assured him that the congress stands united in his valiant fight against the anti-democratic forces. Calling upon all the members of the All India Professionals Congress, Sharma exhorted them to gird up their loins and prepare themselves to fight tooth and nail the forces which are hell bent to destroy the constitutional institutions, continue a reign of undeclared emergency and subvert all the actions of the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives in building the strong foundations of the country after independence. |
