Jammu, Jan 3: Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu Region is continuously providing First-Aid Trainings to the localities of this State and in this regard another First- Aid Training concluded today. This batch consisted employees of Dabur India Ltd. Jammu, employees of JBS Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Jammu, commercial vehicle drivers and 6 students in the age group 12-16 years with their mothers who showed extra interest in the training. Between January, 2018 and December, 2018, 993 more First-Aiders have been trained and added to the already trained work-force of First-Aiders.
The highlights of the training revolved around First Aid Kit, Traumas/ Accidents, Transportation of Injured patient, Management of massive bleeding, fracture, Shock, Heart attack, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). |
