| Mainstream political parties responsible for present unrest in J&K: Shaheen | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 18: Janta Dal (United) JD (U) State President G M Shaheen stated mainstream political parties are responsible for present unrest in J&K, especially in Kashmir Valley who are now begging and motivating the innocent people of the state ahead of parliament and assembly elections after meeting Governor S P Malik at Raj Bhawan Jammu.
Shaheen while addressing the media said that National Conference (NC) and People's Democratic Party (PDP) are now taking begging bowls on their heads and knocking every door in Kashmir Valley to be fool the innocent people of J&K whose problems sand aspirations including their fundamental rights were not fulfilled by these mainstream political parties since decades. "Now the time has come for general masses to choose their next government which will bring peace in J&K state especially in Kashmir Valley and addressing the long pending issues and problems being faced by people who have lost their dear ones during previous governments,", Shaheen said.
He further said that instead of blaming the present dispensation, the mainstream political parties should come out from deep slumber whose hands are still painted with bloods of innocent civilians and youth in Kashmir Valley. Voters are real judges to choose whom they voted for next government and will justify addressing the real issues of common masses who are still deprived of their fundamental rights so far. |
