| BSF School felicitates sports achievers | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 18: BSF School felicitated sports and SOF (IEO) winners in\ the morning assembly. Stuti Gupta bagged 2nd position in (U-17 category) in 64th National School Games 2018-19 Gymnastics held at Umakanta Academy, Agartala, Tripura from 16th to 20th December 2018 organised by Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of Tripura under the auspices of School Games Federation of India. She also secured 5th position in All India ranking in 2nd Khelo India School games held at Balewadi stadium Pune, Maharashtra from 9th to 13 January 2019. She participated in Rhythmic Gymnastics U-17 category. She was also honoured by State Government. BSF School students also brought laurels to the school by winning medals in SOF (IEO). International English Olympiad was held in the school under the supervision of Dr S K Shukla. Over hundred students appeared wherein top three rank holders from each class were awarded Gold, Silver and Bronzde medals by Sciencde Olympiad Foundation. Vanshika Verma, Anna Bhagat, Ridhi Bhat, Bhaghirathi, Naman Gupta got Gold medals, Vanshika Dhar and Anshika Kohli won Silver whereas Saanvi Aneja and Pranvi Sharma got Bronze medal. Gold medal of distinction was awarded to Ihita Gupta for her remarkable performance in the exam. |
