Cops flattened the tyres of ambulance

Kishtwar, Feb 3: In a shocking and shameful incident, the Personal Security Gaurds posted with the senior police officer has flattened the tyres of the ambulance in old Bazar area of Kishtwar District. The ambulance belongs to NGO Tariq Memorial Trust and had gone in the area for shifting the patient to District Hospital Kishtwar. As per the details available with Early Times, after receiving the call from the relatives of some ailing patient, the caretaker of the trust who is also a medical trained Youth immediately rush with the medical aid and to ensure his shifting the patient park the ambulance on the side of the road and left for the house of the patient who was leaving in a heavy congested area of old Kishtwar town. While confirming the incident, the men who went to the area said that after reaching out to patient and was planning his shifting, he was surprised to see the tyres of the ambulance flattened by the cops who accompanied senior police officer added that he and other people standing there were shocked over this blatant misadventurism of the police personnels. He said later they shifted the patient in other vehicle beside also repair the punctured tyres of the ambulance.
