The President Commi-ttee Aakesh Sharma said that the pock Migrants have taken an unanimous decision to be on protest in the venue of the RC Office, jammu in protest to implement the Supreme Court's and High Court's order to grant the relief and other facilities at the pattern of the Kashmiri Migrants.
He added that the migrants from the trouble torn District Doda has been continuously suffering a lot since migration from their respective native localities Doda due to the threats, killings and tortures by the anti-social elements in the year 1996, which forced to leave home and hearth and to move to the safer place for their shelter and safety of the family.
He further added that since the migration from Doda , the destitute families arc residing in the rented accommodation , paying the rental charges is an additional burden on them when there is no relief , cash and other benefits granted by the court and the state administration and relief.
He alleged that Relief Commissioner Jammu had not even processed the case, the non- consideration of the implementation of the court directions are not known to the migrants This makes clear that the Relief Commissioner and the state administration is not serious about the problems confronted by the migrants.
