Training for polling staff held at Ramban

RAMBAN, Apr 6: District administration Ramban started three day election related training programme for the deployed staff of AC, 55-Ramban and AC, 56- Banihal to conduct General Elections 2019 in the district. The training was imparted by the district level Master trainers Anil Kumar Sharma, Manmohan Raj, Rakesh Chand, Ayaz Hazari and Shabir Ahmad to polling staff for carrying out smooth general elections.
They gave EVM and VVPAT operation training to the poll staff, besides they also briefed about the process of polling and collection of polling materials, counting of votes, other process and procedures to be adopted for the General Election-2019 as per ECI guidelines.
Officers exhorted upon the trainees to take a keen interest in the training programme, so that the poll process is carried in a hassle-free manner on the poll day.
