| AIPNBOA organizes blood donation camp to celebrate foundation day | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 11: All India Punjab National Bank Officers Association (AIPNBOA ) J&K today celebrated 125th Foundation Day of Punjab National Bank by organizing impressive Blood Donation Camp at Govt Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu in which large number of members including women participated and donated their blood. The camp was inaugurated by Dr Chander Prakash, Medical Superintendent, Govt Hospital Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
The camp was being inaugurated by Capt Bana Singh, Param Vir Chakra but due to sudden death of grandson of Cap Bana Singh , the Medical Superintendent inaugurated the camp. All members of AIPNBOA, Blood Bank & Hospital staff participated in two minute silence which was observed in the memory of grandson of Capt Bana Singh.
Later, AIPNBOA team accompanied by Dr Chander Prakash visited every ward of hospital and presented a rose bud and a specially decorated 'Get Well Soon' Greeting Card to every indoor admitted patient and wished all of them speedy recovery. Patients after receiving rose & greeting card also conveyed congratulations to AIPNBOA team on 125th Foundation Day of PNB.
