| KPS Juniors celebrate Red Day | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Apr 30: Toddlers of Kartar Public School, Barnoti celebrated the 'Red Day' theme on Tuesday. Red colour symbolizes enthusiasm, life and vitality. Students and teachers of KPS Juniors made the celebration a wonderful learning experience. Red also signifies love and compassion. The students and the teachers were dressed in bright red dresses of different hues and shades. Classes were decorated with red balloons, buntings and curtains. Bulletin boards displayed art and craft work made by the toddlers. Students actively participated in 'show and tell' activity in which they got an opportunity to speak about their favorite red object. Later, they had palm print activity, dipping their palms in colour and taking a palm print. They tasted water melon salad and coloured fruit like cherries, red apples and strawberries. Speaking on this occasion, Harpreet Kaur, Secretary-cum-Principal of the school felt that such creative activities make young minds sensitive and inspired. |
