| Inter-Department AM Cricket Cup organized | | |

Jammu, Apr 30: The AM group, one of the leading businesses in Jammu, organized an inter-department AM Cricket Cup last Sunday as part of their employee engagement program. Teams from different departments of AM Hyundai and AM Tata competed for the coveted trophy which was hosted at Greenfield Park in Gandhi Nagar. The objective of this activity was to encourage employees to choose fitness and be active in their daily lives. The occasional healthy competitive spirit was well-shared by the teams who enjoyed facing off in an intensive cricket series. As Prince who works in sales at AM Hyundai, shared, "It was a good way to get to know colleagues in an informal setting. We don't usually get to share this competitive camaraderie when busy at work." Navjot , in AM Tata also added that it was a great stress buster. In addition to employees, the management team also made their team spirit felt with their presence.
Chairman Jatinder Gupta ,Managing Directors Sanjay Mahajan and Ankur Mahajan were present at the venue and shared the group's philosophy of treating the employees as one big family and policies that put the employees' well-being at the top. The Cricket Cup was a good example of growing office culture in Jammu beyond desks and cubicles. The event also saw the participation of media fraternity. |
