| SFC employee held by police from a hotel in comprising position | | |

kishtwar, June 20: Kishtwar police during a surprise checking of hotels in Bus Stand area of Kishtwar town arrested SFC employee Nazir Ahmed Resident of Marmat Doda, posted in SFC Division Doda in a compromising position.
As per the details available with Early Times, during routine search inside the hotel found the SFC employee in a comprising position with a lady who also belongs to Marmat area of Doda District and had arrived at Kishtwar yesterday.
During the questioning, both the detained accused fail to give any satisfactory answer and on further investigation it was found that both are not husband and wife and instead had come to Kishtwar to take a sexual pleasure away from the home as both are married separately.
Later both were shifted to police station Kishtwar from where they were produced in the court of First class Magistrate Kishtwar (Naib Tehsildar) who released both them after furnishing the bonds to the tune of Rs. 10000 since Kishtwar has preferred to file Istagassa in the court of First Class Magistrate instead of registration of a formal FIR against both the accused.
When contacted Divisional Forest Officer State Forest Corporation Doda Mohammad Ayoub said that they have received the information about the arrest of SFC employee Nazir Ahmed by Kishtwar Police added that the said employee is absconding since last 2-3 days and the department has already initiated process to trace of his whereabouts. He said that the action as warranted under law will be taken against him. He said that suspension orders will be issued against him as well for remaining unauthorized absence from the duty. |
