| Annual General Body Meeting of Amar Singh Club Jammu held | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, July 1: Amar Singh Club, Jammu held its Annual General Body meeting on Sunday. The AGM was chaired by Club's Vice President & Divisional Commissioner Jammu Sanjeev Verma. The AGM was attended by a large no of elite members of the club. At the onset of the AGM, Sanjeev Verma inaugurated the renovated "Royal - the auditorium" of the club. The latest members' club directory was also released by Sanjeev Verma on this occasion. Apart from the regular house proceedings of the club, the financial accounts of the club were also passed by the house. The secretary of the club, Vijay Saraf apprised the vice president and the members present in the AGM about all the ongoing renovations and additions in the club which was widely lauded by the members as well appreciated by the divisional commissioner also. In a first, the executive committee also facilitated its employees with a certificate of appreciation as they believed that the club's progress was never possible without such a dedicated and best of employees as the backbone of the club. During the AGM some of the members' present in the house proposed to the vice president that keeping in mind the pace of developments and ongoing renovations of the club, the present executive committee should be given tenure as the members are fully satisfied and feel proud with those developments and changes in the club. On the proposal of house, the vice president of the club, Sanjeev Verma also agreed to and passed this resolution of another tenure to the current executive committee members and even the vice president also lauded the efforts and role of the present hony secretary Vijay Saraf towards taking this club to new heights. |
