Jammu Police hosting district level competition on July 31

JAMMU, July 25: District Police Jammu is going to host a District Level singing Competition (Male/Female) under the aegis of "Choona Hai Aasman-2019".
To be held at Police Auditorium, Gulshan Ground, the Competition will be restricted to Solo Singing only and comprise 3 age categories viz 5 years to 12 years, 13 yrs to 18 Yrs & 19 Yrs to 25 yrs, a police handout stated.
Nine winners i.e. 1st, 2nd & 3rd from each category will be conferred cash prize of Rs. 5000/-, Rs.3000/- and Rs.2000/- respectively. The winners will qualify for the Range Level Singing Competition.
Similarly, the winners of Range Level Competition would compete at Zonal Level and lastly the winners of Zonal Level shall lock horns at the State Level to claim the title of Choona Hai Aasmaan-2019.
The interested persons (Male & Female) belonging to District Jammu can register their names alongwith attested copies of Date of Birth and PRC Certificates at the Office of Dy.SP (DAR) District Police Lines, Jammu from July 25, 2019 to July 27, 2019. The Competition will be organized under the supervision of SP Hqrs Jammu and SSP Jammu.
