Early Times Report

Jammu, July 25: In a sensational disclosure about money swindling and casting couch by 'Shadi ke Patase' director Shahid Kazmi , the Bollywood film directors and directors of photography (DoP) on Thursday charged Kazmi with blackmailing Jammu artists by trapping them in his 'dirty filming.'
A press conference held here by Naqaash Chittewani and Harpal Jamahrai, the Bollywood films directors from Punjab, said that Kazmi and his people take money for roles given to artists and also use them through various means.
"He and his team traps young artists and later dupes them of their money. They owe me Rs 8.5 lakhs, the bounced cheque of which is with me since last two years. Besides, they are into dirty film making where they trap local youth into anti-national roles," alleged Chittewani.
Harpal Jamahrai on the occasion released an audio recording of a telephonic conversation held between him and Mushtaq Ali, a close associate and producer of Shahid Kazmi who is heard saying about the 'filthy game plan' to include Jammu boys and girls into trap. The conversation was for release of Burhan Wani Vs AFSPA movie which Kazmi intended to do with local Jammu artists.
The conversation also adds naming of certain political parties too involved in aiding the protests and release of Burhan Wani film.
Adhi Jamwal, a victim of Shahid Kazmi production team of Burhan Wani Vs AFSPA who also joined the media briefing leveled serious allegation of 'casting couch' against the director to trap local Jammu artists.
"I was used as a pawn by them in Burhan Wani film and was asked to conduct fake protests for publicity. Finding their anti-nationalist mindset and casting couch practice, I disengaged myself from the group," alleged Adhi Jamwal. He also added that Kazmi and his team of males and females posses certain 'unnatural traits' in which they involve Jammu boys and girls luring for 'unnatural means'.
Harpal Jamahrai who provided the clip while talking to media also said that Shahid Kazmi , Mushtaq Ali and others in his SKF production who have an anti-national mindset in film makings carry a particular motto to find easy Dogra preys ( males and females) who seem desperate to get character roles in the films by paying hefty money from their pockets even.
It is in place to mention that one of the Shahid Kazmi's film 'Shadi Ke Patasey' is running one show daily in one of the Jammu' theatre PVR. Besides, sources inform that Kazmi has also announced completion of Burhan Wani Vs AFSPA in which he will be repeating the Jammu males and females cast of 'Shadi Ke Patasey' and has asked them to engage more local youth into the venture.
Malik Masood, another victim in the press conference, who was duped of lakhs of rupees and has filed an application with Crime Branch against Shahid Kazmi said after filing of application, he started receiving threat messages from one of his actor Arjun Manhas who allegedly threatened if he did not withdrew the complaint.
