NC, PDP creating fear psychosis amongst masses: Raman Suri
7/28/2019 11:51:18 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, July 28: Accusing National Conference (NC) and People's Democratic Party (PDP) of creating fear psychosis amongst masses over the issue of movement of troops in Kashmir, BJP state executive member Raman Suri today said regional parties who had lost ground were in fact trying to stay relevant for which they were spreading rumour. Since this is a fight against terrorism and union government wants to be decisive, 10,000 central forces personnel have been deployed in Kashmir valley for counter-insurgency operations and for maintain law and order.
"It's that simple", said Raman Suri adding that these forces were otherwise also deployed in other parts of the country which never meant that people there were living with fear. For 'good' this is a routine affair and for 'bad' it's a matter of concern which mainstream politicians must not to try to interpret in a wrong way. The troops have to counter militants, serve as reinforcement for conducting assembly elections and also guard vital installations but in no way meant to scare anyone good and progressive people.. These politicians in fact stand exposed and were now making efforts to misguide commoners for their personal and political gains.
The BJP leader while addressing a meeting in his ward in connection with membership drive said BJP is fast becoming popular amongst masses throughout the state and this is the reason regional parties were feeling insecure. "Instead of working for masses these leaders promoted dynastic rule, made money, stagnated development, didn't had a holistic approach towards developing cities, villages and towns and now when these issues are being taken by NDA government sincerely they are feeling threatened", he said.
Common people, he added want peace, prosperity, employment, business, tourism and better education facilities at their doorsteps which is possible only under NDA regime led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi whose programmes and policies are being implemented in J&K State without any pilferage and reaching most deserving persons. This is not being digested by regional parties like PDP, NC and even J&KPMP who have started rumor mongering.
