Munsiff Court direct SHO Kishtwar to hold enquiry against his PSOs for Thrashing Shiv Sena leader

Kishtwar, Aug 2: In a shocking incident of thrashing of a political leader of Shiv Sena Bala SahibThackrey Kishtwar Tilak Raj Shan without any reason by the Personal Security Officers (PSO) of Station House Officer (SHO) Kishtwar, Munsiff Court Kishtwar yesterday directed SHO police station Kishtwar to inquire into the matter and proceed under law in case his PSO found guilty of the serious allegations leveled by the Shiv Sena leader.
In his complaint filed by Tilak Raj Shan stated that at round about 12.30 PM on Wednesday, some J&K Police cops who are supposed to be security guard of SHO Kishtwar enter the medical shop where he worked and asked him to accompany with them upto Police Station Kishtwar as a written complaint have been filled against him where I have write some thing against some peoples on social media.
He said that as there were customers on shop and he was busy and told them he will come to Police station Kishtwar with in couple of minutes added that with this all these police cops without any reason thrashed him from the shop and forcefully taken him to police station Kishtwar where all these cops bested him mercilessly for having no fault of him added that this unlawful act of these cops have created fear psychosis to him added that these PSOs of SHO Kishtwar beside beat him also threatened him and trained guns at him.
He said that he was also beaten inside Police station as and when they took him inside gate.
After presenting the details before the Court, Munsiff Court take the cognizance of the complaint and diected SHO Kishtwar to inquire the matter.
Tilak Raj Shan said that he was shocked to see the brutal face of Kishtwar police added that there is a great resentment among general masses who along with him demanded immediate suspension of these cops, beside also an FIR against them so that people's faith could be restored among the peace loving people of Kishtwar District. Shan also produce screen grabs of CCTV footage showing cops were dragging him.
Meanwhile,many socials activities demand immediate suspension of the those who are involved in this act of high-handedness.
