| Udhampur admin launches door to door 'Swachhta hi Seva campaign' | | | UDHAMPUR, Sept 24 : To generate awareness among the general public regarding cleanliness, the District Administration Udhampur today launched a massive door to door campaign hre in three wards of Udhampur town. The campaign was launched in the supervision of Additional District Development Commissioner, Udhampur Ashok Kumar under Swachhta hi Seva campaign The campaign witnessed massive participation of public including Councilors and students of Bharat Scouts and Guides. They sensitized the people about the harmful effect of plastic and benefits of cleanliness.
The ADDC called upon the people to join hands with district administration and participate in mega Swachhta hi Seva campaign. He also interacted with the local people, shopkeepers of Udhampur town and and advised them to give up single use plastic.
