Adv Dogra urges Govt to take back Motor Vehicle Act 2019

Jammu, Sept 24: Adv.Suresh Kumar Dogra Chairman OBC Deptt.PCC J&K, lambasted Modi led Government for Disturbing Poor Peoples of India especially The Peoples of J&K by Imposing Huge Fines by Implementing Motor Vehicles Act 2019.The Peoples of J&K who are already facing a big slumps in their business and daily earning due to extension of UT and Abrogation of Article 370 and 35A which is still under process ,The Amount of Fine is higher than the cost of vehicles,The Auto Drivers,Matador Drivers and those peoples who are totally dependent on their small vehicles like scooters and Motorcycles are having Deterrence in their Mind for this Atrocity in the shape of Fine for their Vehicles
Adv. Dogra said The common peoples who finds it difficult to provide two time meal per day are finding it difficult to pay such fines of Huge Amounts, The Government should find another way for the Collection of its Revenue rather to impose this Atrocity Tax which is totally against the poor peoples.
Adv. Dogra urge the Government to take back this Motor Vehicle Act 2019 for the smooth life of those poor peoples Whose total Survival on small Commercial and Domestic vehicles.
