| BJP Kashmir Displaced District holds meet | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 21: A meeting of BJP Kashmir Displaced District was held today under the chairmanship of T.N. Bhat; its president to discuss various pertinent issues of the community and appealed Lt. Governor to resolve them at the earliest to tide over their sufferings deprivations.
Long pending honararium of displaced Anganwadi workers be released immediately .Moreover 50 elected panches' Sarpanches' corporators and chairmen of displaced community can be made drawing and disbursing authority if any hitch.
The remaining 3000 posts of PM employment package should be advertised immediately and selection criteria be adopted on the pattern of Punjab where one member per family is being given employment.
New system for provisons of neat and clean drinking water supply be adopted for jagti township to alleviate their sufferings where more than 5000 KP migrant families are putting up as migrants. Provisions for issuance of domicile certificate for KP youth be considered as well.
The meeting was attended by Virender Sathu, Vinod Pandita, Vishal Jotshi, Chand Ji, Bharat Bhushan, Rakesh Sadhu and others. |
