| SCCU Celebrated New Year | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Jan 01: The Senior Citizen Club Udhampur along with the respectable citizen and fourth pillar operating in Udhampur celebrated New Year 2020 with the senior citizens and children of the Bal Ashram living in Jagriti Old Age Home Udhampur.
On the occasion ‘Preeti Bhoj’ was also organized by the Senior Citizens Club Udhampur. Club gave a New Year message that every person on the path of life needs the human beings to progress with the help of each other. The conscious people in the society should have the interest of the whole society than his own interest.
It is the natural compulsion that a man cannot lead a lonely life. Uplift of the entire society and to help the needy segment with selfless spirit apart from creating a conducive atmosphere for the senior citizens to lead a happy and contented life is the sole purpose of Senior Citizen's Club. On the occasion Annual calendar 2020 architected by the Club was released.
The peculiarity of the calendar is that it contains valuable quotes from great people who make society aware of the role of people towards society and the responsibilities of society towards senior citizens. Club and all present on the occasion wished happy New Year to the entire community and hoped a peaceful and blessed 2020.
