| +2 Principal Forum Deputation Met CSSE, raises regularization issue | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Jan 9: A deputation of +2 Principal Forum under the President ship of Ram Parkash along with representative from Jammu on Thursday met the Commissioner Secretary School Education (CSSE) in his office chamber today.
The deputation of +2 Principal Forum had gone there to welcome the new commissioner secretary. During the meeting the forum stated that their principal cadre has not been regularized since 2007. Wherein, some of the cadre has expired, retired and some are on the stage of retirement. But we have not regularized.
Ram Parkash further informed Commissioner Secretary School Education that we were appointed as lecturers’ and after serving the department from more than 20-22 years and were promoted as in charge principal from a grade pay of 5400 to 5600 with no benefit of earned leave and 90 % of our cadre retired as principal.
The commissioner secretary gave patience hearing to the Forum and assured regularization will be done at the earliest in the light of SAC order no 114-115 dated 19-01-2019 as he was astonished to know that Principals’ are not regularized since 2007, reads the press release of +2 Officers Forum.
The principal who were present in the delegation included S.K. Pandita, Subash Sharma , Sadeeq Ganai, Om Parkash Katoch, Govind Ram, Narender Kumar, Vimal Gupta,N.K. Sharma, Uttam Kohli, Harbans Choudhary and R.D. Verma.
