1/11/2020 9:40:09 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 10: Taking serious note of the non appearance of the SHO Domana in pursuance to a summon issued by the Honble court through SSP Jammu vide order dated 4-10-2019,Electricity Magistrate today again issued summon for the appearance of the SHO Domana in a case titled Mohinder kour VS Rattan Singh Rana SHO Domana.
As per the details available with Early Times, when the matter came up for hearing, the counsel for complainant Mohammmad Irfan drew the attention of the court towards the previous court order whereby court issued summon to the SHO Domana for filing updated status report with regard to the investigation of the criminal complaint as today neither status report has been filed nor SHO Domana present himself.
Counsel Mohammad Irfan submitted before the court that FIR has been registered in this criminal complaint on 15-7- 2019 only after this court issued Non bailable warrant through SSP Jammu against the SHO Domana adding that despite the lapse of the six months after registration of the FIR, no major headway has been made with regard to the investigation and allege that SHO is sitting over the investigation and there is every apprehension that the investigation in this criminal case won't reach desired conclusion because the accused in this case is SHO himself and the weapon of the complainant deceased husband has been decamped by the accused SHO. He stated that after the lapse of two years of the institution of the criminal complaint the FIR has been lodged.
After considering the submissions of the Complainant counsel Mohammad Irfan, Electricity Magistrate issued summon to SHO Domana for filing status report on next date of hearing I.e 10 february 2020.
