Jammu, Jan 11: The Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray Jammu and Kashmir unit welcomed the Supreme Court's order regarding internet as a fundamental right and Government should protect the rights of the public.
While addressing reporters at the party office, president J&K, Manish Sahni said that the government itself is in confusion over the situation in Jammu and Kashmir, on the one hand, it is claimed to restore peace in Jammu and Kashmir and everything is normal and On the another hand, citing the security system, Internet services are tied up.
Sahni said that Internet services have been tied up in Jammu and Kashmir for the last five months. Sahni said that the Supreme Court has made it clear that freedom should not be violated under the cover of security. Sahni hoped that after the Supreme Court order, internet services would be restored very soon without any hesitation.
