| KIDZEE Pre School celebrates Lohri | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 11: KIDZEE Pre School of Zee Learn Ltd. celebrated “Lohri” at its branches Anand Nagar Bohri and Talab Tillo with great pomp and show.
The function started with the special assembly in which teachers gave a demonstration regarding this occasion which reflects the light on living together with brotherhood, harmony, and love.
The toddlers who were in colorful costumes assembled around the bone fire and sang the traditional songs of Lohri. Lohri marks the end of winter and is a traditional welcome of longer days and sun’s journey to the northern hemisphere of the Indian Subcontinent.
The theme behind the celebration of this day was to make the kids aware of the value of this festival as this festival enriches our culture and symbolizes the feeling of togetherness. |
