Early Times Report

Sunderbani, Jan 12: The Swatch Bharat Mission, which was started by Center government led by Bhartiya Janta Party, is being defeated in Sunderbani where a nallah which flows through city has never been cleaned resulting presenting bad picture of the area.
The BJP leadership seems to be hardly bothered to pay attention towards Sunderbani, where plethora of public issues is still needs to be addressed. Sources told Early Times that that the sanitation aspect of the Sunderbani city has been ignored by the concerned authority, which is Municipal Committee Sunderbani and the local representative and former MLAs never paid his attention toward this grave issue.
Although all major government departments and other establishments are set up alongside this nallaha, which remain full of garbage, filth emanating foul smell, which exhibit bad image of the area. The concerned Municipal Committee never took any initiative to redress this issue once for all, which shows its incapacity to mitigate the problems of locals, they alleged. The regular cleaning of this nallaha has been overlooked by MC due to which the filth has become nuisance for the local.
The concerned EO MC Sunderbani Kasturi Lal, when contacted, he tried to dodge the query and shifted the blame on people for creating menace.
