| Deputation of JKGPAOA calls on Advisor Bhatnagar | | |

Jammu, Jan 15: A deputation of Promotee Agriculture Graduates, Officer's Association (JKGPAOA), Jammu led by its President Prem Singh and Jammu Kashmir Agriculture Technocrat's Association (JAKATA) under Chairmanship of Vishal Manhas today met with Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor (B). Both associations extended warm welcome & hearty congrats to Bhatnagar on shouldering the responsibility as Advisor (B) to Girish Chandra Murmu Hon'ble LG, Union Territory of J&K.
The President JKGPAOA apprised the Advisor (B) that due to callous and discriminatory attitude towards Promotees since their appointment on non- gazetted post as R-i-Z/ VEWs /JAAs/JAEOs initiated in the year 1984, the JKAPD has entirely failed to manage the large human resource to the satisfaction of rule position. He elaborated that all rights of promotees for placement to Class-VII post of Gazetted Cadre available as per advices of J&K Legislative Assembly Cabinet Decision No.453 dated: 30-12-1983, provisions of 50 % share under SRO-179 dated: 02-06-1988 and 80% share vide SRO- 433 dated: 28-12-2007 & implementation of Single Bench Judgment of J&K High Court in case titled M L Ramotra & ors vs State & ors have been unlawfully delayed. He stressed that unilateral policy of Direct Recruitment has been adopted either on vacancies meant for promotees or fabricated one. Large number of candidates' excess than the vacancies referred to PSC have been selected he added. |
