BSP celebrate Mayawati's birthday

JAMMU, Jan 15: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Jammu and Kashmir today organised a function at its State Headquarter Office Jammu to celebrate the birthday of President BSP Mayawati.
A large number of party workers from all over Jammu Province participated in the event. Gyan Chand Dogra Chairman Dr Ambedkar Convent School was the Chief Guest.
S.R. Majotra President Jammu and Kashmir BSP presided over the function while addressing the gathering Majotra highlighted the contribution and sacrifices of Mayawati for carrying out the mission of Baba Sahab Bhim Rao Ambedkar and Manyavar Kanshi Ram to fight for the up liftment of the down trodden communities of the society.
He added, "Mayawati has proved herself to be a leader of the Dalits and pressurized the Governments to obey the dictates of the Constitutional provisions provided for the betterment of the Dalits, poor whose development was ignored in socio economic and religious fields and he also requested the workers to work for the welfare and betterment of the poor instead of their own interests.
"The time has come when all the secular forces has to unite together to thwart the evil designs of BJP, RSS policies to divide the country in the name of religion and caste", he added.
All the speakers highlighted the sacrifices of Mayawati and appealed the general public to strengthen the hands of Mayawati so that their problems are redressed.
The Chief Guest highlighted the sacrifices of Mayawati and appreciated for bold decisions taken for the betterment of poor, down trodden sections of the society in UP.
