GDC Udhampur felicitates Padam Shri awardee 2/2/2020 9:41:21 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Feb 2: Government Degree College Udhampur today felicitated Padam Shri awardee Prof.Shiv Dutt Nirmohi in a function organized here today. Prof. Nirmohi was awarded with this prestigious award for his extra ordinary achievements and excellent research on ‘culture and heritage of Duggar’ in the field of literature during Republic Day 2020 celebrations by GoI, New Delhi. Prof. Shiv Nirmohi recalled all his strengths and weaknesses. He has hundreds of publications in the form of books and research papers to his credit and has stayed on the panel of Experts for Dogri language in UPSC. Dr.Rippy Bawa coordinated the program and Principal GDc Ramnagar Dr. Udhey Bahnu remained prominently present in the felicitation program. Senior faculty including Prof. Babu Lal Thakur HoD Education, Prof. Suresh Kr.
