Poonch, Feb 2: Violation of rules are said to be at peak as a junior stastical assistant has been running the affairs of various schemes and holds charge of 4 panchayat ghars, HDRF ,PRGF ,13FC Bankers besides several others for payment while junior Assistant has been made in charge of 14FC and PMAY in the office of Block Development officer Mendhar. It is pertinent to mention that JSA usually from planning wing and has to look into the works related to planning while junior Assistant has to hold charge of all Schemes, Finances and others. But in the office of BDO mendhar the an blows in opposite direction. Alleging JSA mohd Tariq of fraudulently withdrawal of payments worth lakhs of rupees which he has withdrawn without the signature of concerned VLW against the developmental works of Cluster model village Gursai with the consent of Bdo while junior Assistant had no work to do as he had nothing in his hand except to watch helplessly. ACD Poonch Ab. Qayoom mir when contacted told early Times that he has received a complaint regarding the matter against JSA in BDO's office Mendhar who has been posted there for last three years. I will personally look into the matter and initiate inquiry soon mir added .
