JAMMU, Feb 5: Lok Janshakti Party held a press conference under the leadership under chairmanship of Dr Sanjay Saraf National President Youth, Rakesh Kumar Dogra State President Youth and Gul Mohd Rafiqi formal MLA.
They highlighted the public related issues saying lackadaisical attitude of the authorities involved in providing basic amenities in the rural areas are forcing the people to suffer. Memboob Ali Kaiser Member of Parliament Lok Janshakti Party visited Kashmiri pundits migrants camp jagti and was apprised that water treatment plant is out of order & Migrants are made to drink dirty and contaminated water. Various welfare schemes sponsored by the central govt are not implementing including Ayushman Yojana. He was told that 36 central ministers visited J & K Union Territory in connection with public outreach program and they did not even bother to visit Kashmiri Pandit migrant comp for 36 seconds. Mehboob gave patient hearing and assured them that their grievances will be brought into the notice of Hon'ble Union Minister for CAPD Sh. Ram Vilas Paswan ji for early redressal. They stressed the need to resume internet services in J and K Union Territory.
Due to untimely rains and hailstorm huge losses was caused to paddy as well as agricultural fields but govt had failed to provide any financial assistance to the affected farmers. Paddy growers has suffered unimaginable damages to their standing crops due to vagaries of weather.
