Jammu, Feb 14: Galaxy Public school celebrated its 1st Annual Day today, Subash Chibber Director estate J&K graced the occasion as chief guest and other dignitaries Inderjeet Director Agriculture Deptt., Principal- Carmel convent school, Kunjwani Jammu, Principal – Sainik Public School , Principal – Jammu Public School, Principal – Happy Hours school, and Principal – Aptech Montane School, graced the event. After the arrival of chief guest, with a warm welcome the lightning of ceremonial lamp took place.
The dignitaries were accorded a warm welcome by the Managing Director of School Himannshu Sharma.
The Annual report read by Mrs. Jaspreet Kaur, Principal Galaxy Public School, Jammu highlighted the school’s achievement in both academic and co-curricular activities and presented her vision for the progress of the school.
The students presented a variety of singing and dancing items on the occasion on the theme ‘ The Indian ‘Legends’. on the special eve the dignitaries released the school ‘ Spectrum’.
The chief guest gave the prizes to the meritorious students who had excelled in academics and various competitions held at school. The chief guest in his speech lauded the efforts of Principal, staff & students.
The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Sumriti. The programme culminated by National Anthem followed by Luncheon.
