Jammu, Mar 1: Team TNWS Jammu has decided to write an open letter to the Divisional commissioner Jammu for issue an advisory to all concerned authorities of PHE, PDD, UEED, JMC and Telecom company to take proactive jobs before the execution of black toppings in all Lanes & Main Roads of Jammu division. There should be penalty system for those violated the rules of law because our Jammu will be Smart city and the cost of black toppings will be recovered from the violated agency in the future. There should be a coordinator authority to check the violation. The meeting attended by large gathering of Trikuta Nagar residents besides Neeraj Puri councilor Ward 54, Ashok Kumar Arora, S.N.Kaul, R.K.Kakroo, N.K.Bali , Krishan Lal Gupta,K.K.Mahajan, Varinder Suri, Partap Singh Arora, and Vijay Ojha.
