JAMMU, Mar 3: The Society for Scheduled and Backwards Jammu organising programmes on Water & Sanitation in Jammu district. The programmes will start from 04-03-2020 at Panchayat Bhagani Block Mathwar, Distt. Jammu. The programmes details are Awareness IEC Activities per Gram Sabha, Training of Village Water Sanitation Committee Members to be trained at "Block Level", Pilot project water security plan, IEC in Targeted Schools, Debate Competitions, Seminar on WASH at all degree colleges, Universities, District Advocacy, workshops for officials of allied departments exhibition-cum-mela. The General Secretary of The Society For Scheduled And Backwards Tariq Mirza requested the public in large to participate in the programme for the larger benefits of the public of the district Jammu. The Society conducted the programmes including the experts, Field water testing teams, religious scholars. The General secretary also requested all the departments, reputed organizations & students to participate the programmes for "Save the Water & Save the Nation", " Har Ghar Nal, Har Ghar Jal", " Soch Badlo to Desh Badlega". The programme is sponsored by District Water & Sanitation Support Organization (WSSO) Department of PHE, I&FC Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir.
