Sushma Group attracts investments from Jammu

JAMMU, Mar 5: Sushma Group, one of the largest real estate developers from Punjab organized a press conference in Jammu to showcase their projects to the dwellers of the city and to invite their interest towards investing in Tricity. The group presented their projects and elaborated the residents about the current status of the real estate sector and the Executive Director of Sushma Group announced its limited period special plans "Lease Rent Guarantee Offer" and also came forth with the benefits of investing with SUSHMA Group.
Under the lease rent guarantee offer, the group is extending attractive offers to the residents of Jammu. Wherein the group is providing a fixed lease of 8% on under construction property and 7% on ready to move in property on investing in Sushma's commercial projects. These attractive offers are being extended on almost all commercial projects located at prime locations of Tricity including Chandigarh-Delhi National Highway, Peer Muchalla and Airport Road. The remarkable thing is the group has variety of spaces with lease guarantee for restaurants, office spaces, SOHO, food courts, showrooms etc. ranging from 30 lakhs to 4 crores.
Jammu is one of the major contributors in the real estate development of Tricity and as per the records of the company in Q4 CY 2019, J&K has constituted to 12% sales of Sushma Group. Also, on the basis of a research report, Tri City has only 24 months of unsold inventory thus showing a substantial growth in the real estate sector of the region.
