Farooq meets Omar Abdullah second time

Srinagar, Mar 18: National Conference President and Member of Parliament Dr Farooq Abdullah met his incarcerated son Omar Abdullah at Hari Niwas Palace in Srinagar on Wednesday for second time since his release.
Dr. Farooq Abduallah was accompanied by his wife Molly Abduallah and daughter Sofia Abdullah while they met Omar Abdullah, who has been detained since the abrogation of Article 370, last year.
As per the sources, 82-year-old leader Dr. Farooq Abdullah had requested the Jammu and Kashmir authority for permission to see his son for the second time in seven months. After the officials granted permission, Farooq Abdullah along his wife, and daughter went on to meet Omar Abduallah.
Sources said Omar Abdullah met his family and interacted with them for half an hour, where Dr. Farooq Abdullah, his wife and daughter enquired about the well beings of Omar Abdullah. While as there reports that Omar Abdullah will be the next leaders to be detained by the Jammu and Kashmir administration, however, the reports could not be officially confirmed.
Earlier on Saturday, Dr. Farooq Abdullah after being released from detention from over seven months met his incarcerated son at Hari Niwas, which is presently designated as Sub jail.
While as yesterday, former Chief Minister Dr. Farooq Abdullah visited Gulshan Ara, mother of detained former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti. Abdullah also met Iltija Mufti, daughter of Mehbooba Mufti at Mehbooba’s Gupkar residence.
