JNV Nad Admin puts students live in grave danger
Despite order of closure, school continues to function

Samba, Mar 18: The Administration Jawahar Navodya Vidyalya (JNV) Nad has been literally violating district administration Samba’ order of closing all education institutions in the wake of up-surging cases COVID-19 in the state and continue to function by putting the lives of students at grave risk.
Although most of the schools including government and private have been shut and the entry of students have been restricted strictly, who are more vulnerable of this epidemic but JNV Nad administration seems to be least brother about it.
“There are around 700 students in JNV Nad, who have been studying and putting up in the hostel within the premises of school. It has been learnt that examination of being conducted in the school for various classes,” sources said.
When Principal of JNV Nad Som Nath was contacted, he said the annual examinations are going on and he further said that after their completion, the vacations to the students will be announced immediately.
Pertinent, District Admin Samba had announced Sec 144 in view of Corono virus and took action against two schools, which were found functioning despite strict order from the administration, were shut on the spot.
